Application Guidelines
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Register using a personal Email ID and Mobile Number.
- Verify your Mobile Number with OTP.
- Email ID submitted at the time of registration will be used for all correspondences until enrolment is completed. Change in Email ID will NOT be permitted under any circumstances.
- Kindly read the eligibility criteria of your course before starting the application.
- All fields marked with red asterisk (*) are mandatory.
- All information must be accurate and valid for successful submission of the application form.
- Important Note: Provide the correct Aadhaar card number. Once entered, this information cannot be used again in more applications. (One Aadhaar card, One Application only)
- The application form fee (Rs.1100/-) is non-refundable.

- Keep the following documents ready before filling up the application form:
- Latest passport size photograph and scan copy of signature (preferably of max. size 2 MB in .png, .jpeg, .jpg).
- Scanned copy of the following documents in PDF Format: Aadhar Card (both sides), Class X Marksheet, Class XII Marksheet, UG Marksheets (all available semesters merged in a single File), Entrance Test Scorecard.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the candidate to provide accurate information with regard to academic credentials.
- Other Documents Required in PDF Format: Social Category Certificate for SC/ST/OBC/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates, Baptism Certificate for Christian Candidates, Certificate of Disability (If Any), PG Marksheets (If Any), Proof of Full Time Work Experience (If Any), EWS Certificate for candidates applying in EWS Category.

Eligibility Criteria
- Successful completion of any Undergraduate Degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline from a recognized University in India (Approved by UGC) or abroad (recognized by UGC/AIU), with a minimum of 50% marks(or equivalent grade point) in the aggregate. (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC and Christian candidates).
- Appearance in any ONE of the FIVE below-mentioned National Level Management Entrance Tests: XAT, CAT, MAT, CMAT, NMAT not earlier than July 2024 and not later than July 2026, with a good percentage/percentile score. The primary selection list for GD-PI-WAT will be prepared by the institute on the basis of this score.
Note : If the final degree result is not published at the time of application, % of marks for eligibility will be calculated on the basis of 1st to 4th Semester or 1st & 2nd Year (as applicable) (6th Semester in case of a 4 Year Degree Program) and the candidate is required to pass in all papers. If, at the time of admission, the final degree mark sheet cannot be shown, the admission will be provisional, and the student must produce the same latest by 15th October, 2026; failing which the admission is liable to be cancelled.
- Applicant should possess an Undergraduate Degree of minimum 3 years duration in any discipline from a recognized University (Approved by UGC), with a minimum of 45% marks (or equivalent grade point) in aggregate.
- Applicants must have a minimum of two (2) years of full-time work experience (as on 30.06.2026) in one or more registered organizations, institutions, or enterprises. The experience may be in any recognized sector — including corporate, government, non-profit, or academic. Applicants must also be currently employed in a registered organization or institution.
Selection Procedure
The final selection of the applicant will be based on his/her composite score prepared by Xavier Business School, which considers assessment of the applicant from different dimensions, which includes the following:
- Past Academic Scores [Class X, XII and Graduation] (Weightage: 20%)
- National Level Entrance Test Score (Weightage: 35%)
- Written Ability Test (Weightage: 10%)
- Group Discussions and Personal Interview (Weightage: 30%)
- Work Experience (If Any) (Weightage: 5%)

Additional Eligibility Criteria:The scholarship will be revoked if the candidate:
- Fails to submit the necessary supporting documents relating to the scholarship.
- Has Arrear Papers in the first 3 semesters of the MBA degree program.
- Doesn’t have minimum 85% attendance in the first 3 semesters of the MBA degree program / becomes attendance debarred in any semester.
- Has any record of disciplinary action against him/her in any of the preceding semesters by the disciplinary Committee of the University.
Note:If a candidate is eligible for scholarship under multiple categories, then he/she will be granted the scholarship under only one category which has the highest amount of deduction.
